At Inktell, we offer digital handwriting analysis services. Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer returns or refunds once the analysis has been completed and delivered.

2. No Returns for Digital Services

As our products are digital and delivered via email or web, they are non-returnable and non-refundable. Once a handwriting sample has been analyzed and the results sent, the service is considered fulfilled.

3. Exceptions (If Applicable)

We may offer a refund or partial refund under the following rare conditions:

  • You submitted the wrong handwriting file and notified us before analysis started.

  • You were charged multiple times for the same service.

  • A technical issue prevented delivery and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund (if eligible), contact us within 3 days of your order:

5. Processing Refunds

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank
